Direction le South Gippsland, un petit coin de verdure perdu en Australie, où vit Tamsin, créatrice du chouette concept Tamsin’s Table. Elle propose des cours de cuisine du dimanche, avec des ingrédients issus exclusivement du produit de la ferme familiale, ainsi que d’autres workshops autour du même thème : pour résumer, l’art de vivre simplement, au plus près de la nature.
En plus de ses talents de cuisinière, elle a un don certain pour l’aménagement et la décoration. Et la chance d’avoir un conjoint bricoleur formidable, Allan.

In addition to her cooking skills, Tamsin definitely has a gift for interior design and decoration! And is also lucky to have her s/o Allan at her side, who seems to be a great handyman.
